Terms and conditions (merch)

By placing an order with Severn Valley Ratters you agree to the following.

1. Print on demand and fulfilment
   All items are printed and shipped on demand by our fulfilment partner. We do not hold stock or ship items ourselves. Your order will be produced after you check out.

2. Production times and delivery
   Because items are made to order, production usually takes a few working days before dispatch. Delivery times vary by product and destination. Any dates shown are estimates, not guarantees.

3. All sales final
   All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is a clear printing fault.

4. Faults or damage
   If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

5. Shipping and addresses
   Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please double check your delivery address before ordering. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Customs and import charges
   For international orders, you may be charged local taxes or import duties. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Use of products
   Our merchandise is for personal use. Please do not resell or reproduce our designs without permission.
